1. Terms of Service

Welcome to the Grandt Mason website. We provide this site as an additional service to our customers. Please read the following terms of service (“Terms”) as they govern your use of our site. By using this site, you agree to follow and be bound by the following rule below. Grandt Mason cc reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notification. Site users must agree upon and abide by these changes accordingly.

2. Detailed description of goods and/or services

Grandt Mason cc is a business in the footwear and fashion industry that designs, manufacturers and sells footwear, footwear related products and workshops.

3. Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1-3 days and delivery confirmed by email with tracking number or shipping reference, the name of the courier and/or postal services used and the associated costs, if applicable.

4. Export restriction (Optional)

The offering on this website is available to clients in Canada, USA, UK, Switzerland, Europe, North America, South America and United Arab Emirates only.

5. Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Grandt Mason cc is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Grandt Mason cc will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client after payment and confirmation will attract a 10 % administration fee.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted or items are non-refundable: 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@grandtmason.com 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are not defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please inform us via email to: sales@grandtmason.com and send your item back to us: Grandt Mason cc, 66 Albert Road, The Woodstock Exchange – Shop 13a, Woodstock,
Cape Town, South Africa, 7925. 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you. 
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping of Returns
To return a product, please mail it in appropriated packaging to: Grandt Mason cc, 66 Albert Road, The Woodstock Exchange – Shop 13a, Woodstock, Cape Town, South Africa, 7925.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Country specific import tariffs and VAT may be levied on your order.

Guarantee
Our footwear carries a 1-year global guarantee on construction. In the event of a factory fault, please send us an email to: sales@grandtmason.com with pictures of the full shoe.
Grandt Mason cc will incur the cost of the repair. If the shoe cannot be repaired we will replace it with a new pair, including shipping costs.

6. Customer Privacy Policy 

Grandt Mason cc shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 7. Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard or Paypal.

8. Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for Grandt Mason cc via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

9. Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by Grandt Mason cc separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.

10. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

11. Responsibility

Grandt Mason cc takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and shipment of goods. Grandt Mason cc is not held responsible for customs or additional Tax / costs involved in exporting the ordered goods to other countries then South Africa.

12. Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Grandt Mason cc chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement,  whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

13. Variation

Grandt Mason cc may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
